I'm an instructional designer and e-learning developer with over a decade of experience in education, learning design, and project management.

My process for designing any learning experience is simple: understand learners' needs, plan accordingly, and create engaging and effective content. Ultimately, I focus on people-driven results. I truly want my learners to learn effectively, and not be bogged down by unnecessary information.

I am based in Houston, Texas, but I'm also open to remote work.

• I love to make up words. Most recently, I devised "Fanley" for the fake Stanley my daughter got for herself. Now, all her friends have Fanleys (or would it be Fanlies?)

• Though I love noodles and sushi, I don't know how to properly use chopsticks, despite several years of trying. (My children are ashamed.)

• My absolute favorite dessert combination is anything with chocolate, almonds, and coconut.

• The library is my happy place: no matter my mood, I always feel better when I surround myself with books.
